IPC Eventing Championships 2022 August 2022
We had a Fantastic weekend at the eventing championships! Well done to all of our competitors, you were all brilliant, and thank you to everyone who came to support. It made such a difference having you all there!
CONGRATULATIONS to our brilliant Junior Bray Hawks’ team; Elsie Barry, Sadie Sandys, Ava Corcoran Lyden and Thea Whelehan, for coming third in the junior teams. This is always a hotly contested competition and less than 1 point separated the top 3 teams.
The Brays had 2 Intermediate Individuals, 3 junior teams and 2 U12 Individuals competing yesterday. We had several great individual results and many clear rounds too. Well done to Elsie Barry 4th and Sophie Dooley 5th in Arena 4 and Sadie Sandys 6th in Arena 5.
CONGRATULATIONS to Laura Treacy for coming 2nd in the U12 individual competition and third overall in the Red Mills eventing league which is a great achievement.
Overall we had a really good weekend, excellent riding, fantastic team spirit, delicious bbqs (thank you Wendy) and lots of fun.
Thank you IPC for organising and Tattersalls Ireland for hosting us this weekend.
Looking forward to 2023 ….
IPC Tetrathlon Championships August 2022
What a brilliant weekend at the National Tetrathlon Championships for the Brays. It was hot hot hot, but a really fun weekend.
We had 15 competitors - the only club with 3 junior teams and great results!
Our Senior Girl team: Eva and Aisling Marriott and Holly Smith came 2nd. Aisling came 3rd individually and 3rd in the swim.
Then our fabulous Junior Bray Blades, Sophie Dooley, Charlotte Smith, Emily Gleeson, and Thea Whelehan came 5th in a very competitive junior Girls competition.
Emily Gleeson came 5th in the shooting & was 9th overall and Sophie Dooley came 3rd in the run posting a brilliant time of 5.22.
So much fun was had by all over the weekend - thank you to the parents, riders and supporters.
Looking forward to next year already!!
Our Bray Eventers continue to be in the Rosettes!!
Well done to all those who have been competing at the PC One Day Events. The Brays have been out in force & have produced really strong results.

Bray Hunt Pony Club had a very successful day!
Siún Handley, Eva Marriott and Zara Kelly came third in the senior Teams of 3
Elsie Barry and Aisling Marriott Won the Junior pairs out of an enormous class.
It was a great day at the Hunter Trail Championships. It was a very very long day, full of amazing riding, with our riders having to jump a very demanding course.
Every Bray rider was beautifully turned out.
So proud to be Bray!
IPC National Minimus Championship 11th & 12th of September 2021
Congratulations to all of our Bray Members who competed in the IPC National Minimus Championship on the 11th & 12th of September 2021.
Toby O’Leary was 8th in the boys individual competition.
Emily Gleeson was 4th overall in the girls running competition.
Bray bullets were placed 9th Overall
(Toby O’Leary, Lulu Fitzsimons, Laura Treacy). Well done to Lulu for scoring the maximum 1400 points in the XC by going clear inside the time.
Bray blades were placed 5th Overall
(Charlotte Smith, Emily Gleeson,
Laura Fielding, Beth Dooley).
Incredible results. Many Congratulations to all who competed.

IPC SHOW JUMPING CLASSIC NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS
SEPTEMBER 2021
Congratulations all of our Members who competed at The IPC Show Jumping Classic National Championships in Coilog on the 5th of September 2021.
Alisha Vard was fifth in the 90s competition and won best turned out
Ali Barrett was first place in the metre competition and won best turned out
Lucie Smith won the 1.10 competition and Ali Barrett was 3rd

TETRATHLON CHAMPIONSHIPS AUGUST 2021

To All of our Members who competed at the IPC National Tetrathlon Championships on the 14th & 15th August 2021.
Our Senior 'Bray Blades' team; Holly Micklem, Eva Marriott. Holly Smith & Zara Kelly were 3rd overall.
Eva Marriott came 3rd Individually & Holly Micklem came 4th Individually.
Our Junior 'Bray Beasts' team; Sophie Dooley, Elsie Barry, Thea Whelehan & Aisling Marriott were placed 4th overall.
Aisling Marriott came 3rd Individually.
Massive Congratulations to all of our Competitors who completed all phases brilliantly. Many thanks to Jane & Simon for all of their hard work & commitment over the summer months.

The Festival was held in Barnadown
Equestrian Centre.
Our under 12's Show Jumping Team of Charlotte Smith, Amelia Durkan, Jessica Kinsella & Lulu Fitzsimmons were 3rd in the Alice Mernagh Competition. They also won the turnout prize.
Ella Doddy was 5th in the pure Dressage Competition, she also came 4th in the Junior Combined Training.
Ali Barrett came 4th in the Intermediate Combined Training
